I guess you can not believe everything you read! The letter from the City of Costa Mesa dated Aug. 23, 2010 appears to have jumped the gun! Plans are in the works to raise fees for this event plus the city will be reaching out to local business's to donate money to help fund the program! A meeting is planned by the city in mid September to work to save the program.
